Meet the Doctors at Family & Kids Dental
Dentists in Pueblo
Dr. Rocky Horton
My goal as a dentist is to always provide high quality and compassionate care to all my patients. I grew up in Manassas, but then my family moved to Alamosa where I attended Sangre de Cristo High School. I then continued my education where I received a BS in Biology from Adams State. After completing my degree, I lived in Barcelona, Spain for 2 years as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Upon returning from Spain, I was accepted and later graduated from the University of Colorado – School of Dental Medicine with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery and an emphasis in rural healthcare.
I have been practicing dentistry since 2012. I worked at Pueblo’s Community Health Center for a short time and then moved to the western slope where I worked for Smiles 4 Kids Dentistry. I left Smiles 4 Kids in order to move closer to home and became a partner at Family and Kids Dental.
My wife Janna and I have been married for over 10 years and we have 4 children, Konner, Hunter, Tayler, and Oliver. We enjoy the mountains and all that Colorado has to offer. I look forward to continuing to care for my current patients and meeting new ones!
