Address Not Updated

Why It Happens: Renewal notice sent to old address goes unanswered.

How to Fix It: Update your address at https://colorado.gov/PEAK or call (800) 221-3943

Missed Renewal Deadline

Why It Happens: Renewal paperwork not returned in time

How to Fix It: Reapply immediately at https://colorado.gov/PEAK – coverage can often be reinstated if caught quickly

Income Not Reported or Changed

Why It Happens: A job change or raise wasn’t reported, triggering a review

How to Fix It: Report updated income through PEAK – you may still qualify at the new income level

Missing or Incomplete Documents

Why It Happens: Required documents (ID, proof of residency) weren’t submitted with renewal

Child's Age Milestone
